Simplified regime of entry and stay

In Navoi FIEZ the simplified regime of entry, departure, residence and hiring of foreign citizens applies in accordance with the approved procedures.

To obtain a visa the resident of FIEZ submits to the Directorate of Navoi FIEZ the following documents:

• an application of the established form;
• a national passport of a foreign citizen;
• a copy of the license issued by the Labor Agency for Foreign Labor Migration.

To obtain residence permit the resident of Navoi FIEZ submits to the Directorate the following documents:

• an application of the established form;
• a principal passport of a foreign citizen;
• a responsible person who provides accommodation is obliged to submit housing documents and fill an application form;
• in case foreign citizen lives in a hotel, official persons of the hotel present a certificate of residence.

To obtain foreign labor work permit, the participant of Navoi FIEZ submits to the Agency for Foreign Labor Migration the following documents:

• an application of the established form;
• a copy of the Certificate of participant of Navoi FIEZ;
• an petition of the Directorate of Navoi FIEZ;
• an application form of a foreign employee with a photo;
• a certificate on absence of HIV of a foreign employee;
• a copy of the national passport;
• a draft contract or other documents, confirming preliminary agreement with foreign citizens or foreign organization on intentions and terms of attraction of foreign workers.

To extend work permit, the following documents shall be submitted:

• an application of the established form;
• a petition of the Directorate of Navoi FIEZ;
• an application form of a foreign employee with a photo;
• a certificate on absence of HIV of a foreign specialist;
• a copy of the national passport or its substitute;
• the original work permit.
